Zoë Boutique on Fourth Avenue combines a fancy-designer, Rodeo Drive-like shop with a funky-hipster local art gallery, carrying exclusive brands by local designers and selling cool work by Tucson artists. (Check out the bullet jewelry from Tasha Sabatino's Bird's Nest brand.) If you want the look of a designer purse, but don't do leather or nonlocal, Zoë has plenty of vegan chain purses and clutches made by folks around town. And if you want Forever 21 trendiness without the overseas-sweatshop association, you'll find all you need while browsing Zoë's plush racks.
